1 can (10 3/4 oz.) condensed cream of chicken soup
1 bag Success® White Rice
1 1/3 cups water
2 cups fresh vegetables (bite-size broccoli, thinly sliced bell peppers, carrots, pea pods or bean sprouts)
1/2 tsp onion powder
1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into bite-size pieces
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Cooking Directions:

1. Stir the soup, rice, water, vegetables and onion powder in a 2-quart 12" x 8" shallow baking dish.

2. Top with chicken. Season chicken as desired. Cover.

3. Bake at 375° F, for 45 minutes or until done. Top with cheese.

Taste of Italy: In place of onion powder use 1 tsp Italian seasoning. Substitute 1/3 cup shredded Parmesan cheese for Cheddar.

Mexican Fiesta: In place of onion powder use 1 tsp chili powder. Substitute Mexican cheese blend for Cheddar.

Tip: Substitute frozen vegetables for fresh vegetables.
