2 bags Success® White Rice
1 tsp vegetable oil
onion, chopped
green bell pepper, diced
rib of celery, finely chopped
1 pkg (6 oz.) grilled chicken breast strips, cubed
13 oz smoked turkey sausage, sliced
1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
1 can (14 1/2 oz.) diced tomatoes, drained
1 Tbsp Creole seasoning
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Cooking Directions:

Prepare rice according to package directions.

Heat oil in a large skillet.  Sauté onions, bell pepper and celery for 5 minutes.  Add chicken and sausage to skillet and sauté an additional 3 minutes.  Stir in tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, Creole seasoning, and Worcestershire sauce and heat through.

Add cooked rice to skillet, stir to mix.
