1 bag Success® White Rice
1 can (12 oz.) evaporated milk, divided
1/3 cup sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1 each egg
  vanilla extract
  ground cinnamon (optional)
  fresh fruit (optional)
  fresh mint leaves (optional)

Cooking Directions:

Prepare rice according to package directions.
While rice is cooking, in a medium saucepan, heat 1-cup milk, sugar and salt. Add cooked rice to milk mixture and continue to cook over medium heat for 10 minutes, stirring constantly. In a small bowl, beat egg with remaining milk. Gradually pour into hot rice mixture, stirring constantly. Continue to cook for 5 minutes.

Add vanilla or ground cinnamon, if desired. Serve warm or cold.  Top with fresh fruit and mint, if desired..
