1 bag Success® White Rice or Success® Brown Rice
1/3 cup sugar
1 1/2 Tbsps cornstarch
eggs, lightly beaten
2 cups milk
2 Tbsps unsalted butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

Cooking Directions:

Prepare rice according to package directions. Cool. Combine sugar and cornstarch in medium saucepan. Add eggs and milk; mix well. Stir in rice. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Reduce heat to medium, cook 20 minutes, stirring frequently. Remove from heat. Add butter and vanilla; stir until butter is melted. Pour into serving bowl; sprinkle with cinnamon.

Garnish with berries if desired.
