2 bags Success® White Rice
1 pkg Hillshire® Farm Smoked Sausage, sliced
2 Tbsps olive oil
garlic cloves, chopped
1 medium onion, thinly sliced
1 large red bell pepper, thinly sliced
1 pkg (10 oz.) frozen broccoli florets, thawed and drained
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup tomato sauce
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Cooking Directions:

Prepare rice according to package directions. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add smoked sausage and cook until browned. Add garlic, onions, bell peppers and broccoli and cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add rice, broth and tomato sauce. Reduce heat to low and simmer 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve topped with cheese.
