1 bag Success® White Rice or Success® Brown Rice
5 cups chicken broth
1 1/2 cups uncooked chicken, chopped
1 cup celery, sliced
1 cup carrot, sliced
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1/4 cup parsley, chopped
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1/2 tsp dried thyme leaves, crushed
bay leaf
1 Tbsp lime juice

Cooking Directions:

Prepare rice according to package directions. Combine broth, chicken, celery, carrots, onion, parsley, black pepper, thyme and bay leaves in large sauce pan or Dutch oven. Bring to a boil; stir once or twice. Reduce heat and simmer 10 to 15 minutes or until chicken is cooked. Remove and discard bay leaf. Stir in rice and lime juice.
