1 bag Success® White Rice or Success® Brown Rice
1 can (15 oz.) chili
1 can (5.8 oz.) Mexican-style corn
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp dried thyme leaves
1 cup Cheddar cheese
bell peppers, halved and blanched
1/2 cup Monterey Jack cheese, shredded

Cooking Directions:

Prepare rice according to package directions. In a saucepan, combine chili, rice, garlic powder, pepper, thyme and cheddar cheese. Heat on medium heat for 10 minutes. Fill halved peppers with mixture. Top with Monterey Jack cheese. Microwave on high for 3 minutes.
