1 bag Success® White Rice
egg whites
2 Tbsps salad oil
onion, chopped
green onions, chopped
1 each minced garlic
green bell pepper, diced
1/4 lb mushrooms, chopped
1/4 lb cooked ham, cold
1/4 cup roasted unsalted peanuts
2 Tbsps light soy sauce

Cooking Directions:

Prepare rice according to package directions. In a small bowl, lightly beat together egg whites and salt. Place wok or frying pan over medium heat, add one tablespoon of oil. When oil is hot add egg whites, stirring until cooked. Remove from wok and set aside. Add 1 tablespoon more oil to wok; when oil is hot, add onion and garlic. Stir fry until onion is soft; add bell pepper, mushrooms, ham and peanuts. Stir fry until heated. Remove from wok and set aside. Add rice and stir fry until heated. Stir in ham mixture and soy sauce.
