1 bag Success® Jasmine Rice
  For the Sauce:
2 Tbsps cornstarch
1/2 cup water
2 Tbsps reduced sodium soy sauce
1 Tbsp sherry
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp curry powder
  For the Stir Fry:
1/4 cup vegetable oil, divided
3/4 lb boneless skinless turkey, cut into strips
1/2 tsp fresh ginger root, minced
1 each minced garlic
1 cup broccoli florets
onion, cut into wedges
yellow bell pepper, cut into strips
tomatoes, cut into 6 wedges

Cooking Directions:

Prepare rice according to package directions and set aside. Prepare sauce by mixing all ingredients in a small bowl and mixing well. Set aside.

Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a large skillet or wok. Add turkey, ginger, and garlic; stir-fry until turkey is no longer pink in center. Remove turkey from skillet; set aside. Heat remaining two tablespoons oil in the same skillet. Add broccoli, onion, and bell pepper; stir-fry 1 minute. Return turkey to skillet with tomatoes. Stir prepared sauce. Add to skillet; cook and stir until sauce is thickened.

Serve over hot rice.
