1 bag Success® White Rice or Success® Brown Rice
3 Tbsps salad oil
2 cups cooked chicken, diced
2 cups green onion, sliced diagonally
1/4 lb mushrooms, sliced
3 Tbsps reduced sodium soy sauce
1/2 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp ginger

Cooking Directions:

Prepare rice according to package directions.

In large heavy skillet or wok, heat oil.  Sauté chicken, onions and mushrooms over high heat, stirring constantly for 5 minutes or until mushrooms are golden.  Add rice and remaining ingredients and cook 3 minutes longer until heated through and well-blended.
