1 bag Success® White Rice or Success® Brown Rice
  non-stick cooking spray
1 box (10 oz.) frozen broccoli florets, thawed and drained
1 cup (6 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) condensed cream of mushroom soup
3 Tbsps butter, melted
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1/2 cup water
1 Tbsp onion, freshly grated
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper

Cooking Directions:

Preheat oven to 350°F. Prepare rice according to package directions. Coat a 2-quart casserole dish with non-stick cooking spray.  In a medium bowl combine broccoli, 1/2 cup cheese, soup, butter, evaporated milk, water, onion, salt and pepper.  Fold in rice.  Pour mixture into prepared dish and top with remaining 1/2 cup cheese.  Bake 20 minutes.
