  • Prepare rice according to package directions. Set aside to cool.

    Step 2

  • Combine cooked rice, yogurt and bananas together in a medium bowl. Divide among 4 mason jars or single-serve containers. When ready to eat, sprinkle each with granola. Top with blueberries.

    If you’re all out of blueberries you can make this dish with any fresh fruit you have. Try raspberries, grapes, kiwi or another favorite.
