    Step 1

    Step 2

    Step 3

Oh So Beefy Stir-Fry

There’s nothing we love more than a quick stir-fry, especially on a busy weeknight. Nevertheless, it can be hard to find a recipe with tons of flavor that doesn’t take a ton of preparation. Luckily, this recipe has the best of both worlds!

Our Beef & Broccoli Stir-fry is a mouth-watering mix of all those Asian flavors you crave. Seared beef and mushrooms are mixed with a homemade stir-fry reduction and then set atop a bed of our fluffy, whole grain Success® Brown Rice.

Searing the sirloin steak and mushrooms starts this recipe off on the right foot, adding a depth of meaty flavors. The sauce is a savory, fragrant mix of water, soy sauce, lemon juice, ginger and corn starch.

Blanched broccoli and tasty, chopped pimientos add a touch of sweetness and freshness to this classic stir-fry.

Keep ‘Em Green

Blanching the broccoli ensures that it’s fully-cooked and that it will hold up in the thick stir-fry sauce. Just be sure not to overcook it in the boiling water. When it comes out, it should be vibrant green.
