A delicious recipe for a Mango Quinoa Smoothie from The PKP Way.

Serving Size: 1 pint-sized jar
Calories per Serving: 268 kcal

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/4 cup sliced frozen banana
  • 3/4 cup diced frozen mango
  • 1 bag Success® Quinoa, cooked and cooled
  • 3/4 cup orange juice

DIRECTIONS:

  1. In a one-pint mason jar, add the banana, mango, 1/4 cup quinoa, and orange juice.
  2. Fit with a blender blade and blend on high until desired texture.
