Ingredients

1 bag Success® White or Success® Brown Rice
4 cups 2% milk
2 pkgs (0.9 oz each) sugar-free instant vanilla pudding mix*
1 tsp vanilla
dry sugar substitute, equal to 2/3 cup sugar

Directions

Prepare rice according to package directions. Set aside. Stir milk and pudding mix together until smooth. Add vanilla and sugar substitute, and mix. Fold in prepared rice. Refrigerate until served.

* Any flavor of sugar-free pudding can be substituted
