Directions

Prepare rice according to package directions.
Combine rice, pepperoni, sauce, 1 cup cheese and olives, if desired, in large skillet over medium heat. Cook and stir until thoroughly heated.
Top with remaining cheese before serving.
Tips and Substitutions: Add mushrooms, green olives, sausage or Canadian bacon. (If using fresh mushrooms, cook and stir in hot skillet before adding rice and remaining ingredients.)
