Directions
Preheat oven to 375°.

Prepare rice according to package directions.
Heat oil in large saucepan over medium-high heat. Add onions; cook and stir 5 minutes.
Mix in remaining ingredients except rice and biscuits; bring to a boil.
Stir in rice. Pour into a 13 x 9-inch baking dish. Separate biscuits and place on top of filling. Bake 10-12 minutes, or until biscuits are golden brown.
Tips and Substitutions:
*Or substitute 1 can (15 ounces) mixed vegetables, drained. Use cooked turkey and turkey broth to make turkey pot pie.
