Directions
Prepare rice according to package directions.
Heat oil in large skillet over hight heat. Add bell pepper and water chestnuts. Stir and cook 2 minutes or until water chestnuts are lightly browned. Add snow peas, chicken and pineapple and stir-fry 2 minutes. Add sweet & sour sauce, soy sauce and crushed red pepper, if desired. Stir-fry 1 more minute, or until mixture is hot. Serve over hot cooked rice. Sprinkle with rice noodles.
