Directions
Prepare rice according to package directions. Cool. Combine sugar and cornstarch in medium saucepan. Add eggs and milk; mix well. Stir in rice. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Reduce heat to medium, cook 20 minutes, stirring frequently. Remove from heat. Add margarine and vanilla; stir until margarine is melted. Pour into serving bowl; sprinkle with cinnamon. Garnish if desired.
