Spring Salad
Makes 4 Servings
Ingredients:

red bell pepper, diced |

fat-free, reduced sodium French salad dressing |

light soy sauce |

sugar |

(11 oz) mandarin orange segments, drained |
Directions:
Prepare rice according to package directions. Combine rice, ham, peppers and onion. Add remaining ingredients and toss gently. Serve cold on lettuce leaves.
