Stuffed Peppers

Ingredients:

(15 oz) chili |

(5.8 oz) Mexican-style corn |

garlic powder |
| 1 |

pepper |
| 1 |

thyme |

Cheddar cheese |
| 2 |

bell peppers, halved and blanched |
| 1 |
cup |
Monterey Jack cheese, shredded |
Directions:
Prepare rice according to package directions. In a saucepan, combine chili, rice, garlic powder, pepper, thyme and cheddar cheese. Heat on medium heat for 10 minutes. Fill halved peppers with mixture. Top with Monterey Jack cheese. Microwave on high for 3 minutes.
