Ingredients

2 bags Success® White or Success® Brown Rice
1 cup cooked meat-chicken, ham, or hot dogs
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1 cup green peas

Directions

Prepare rice according to directions. Cut up meat into half-inch cubes with knife on cutting board. Set aside. Put cooked rice into mixing bowl and add cheese, meat pieces and peas. Stir to mix well. Pour mixture into microwave-proof dish and smooth into an even layer with spoon. Put dish in microwave and heat on high 1 minute. Stir mixture and heat 30 seconds longer or until heated through. Using oven mitts, carefully remove dish from microwave. Stir again and divide equally into 4 serving bowls. Serve.
Brown Rice is an excellent source of whole grains.
