Jumpin' Jambalaya

Ingredients:

frozen vegetable blend (bell peppers, onions, celery), thawed |

(14.5 oz.) Cajun stewed tomatoes |
| 1/2 |

cooked shrimp |

chicken, cooked and cubed |

Cajun seasoning |

frozen green peas, thawed |
Directions:
Prepare rice according to package directions. In a medium skillet, over medium high heat, combine vegetable blend, tomatoes, shrimp, chicken, and seasoning. Cook for 10 minutes. Fold in cooked rice and peas. Heat for an additional 5 minutes and serve.
