Directions
Prepare rice according to package directions.
Preheat oven to 425°F.
Spray large skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Add sausage and cook over medium-high heat until lightly browned. Add garlic and onions and cook for an additional 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Add chicken, tomato sauce and rice. Stir to combine. Pierce peppers with fork; place in baking dish. Add water to baking dish. Fill peppers with meat mixture. Cover with foil. Bake 20 minutes. Uncover. Sprinkle with green onions before serving.
